That would have to be at pretty much any Rave I ever went to. Inevitably you would have to wait a while to get a stall, and wade through the tons of cracked out kids who decided they wanted to hang out in the bathroom. And then when you were lucky enough to find a stall that people weren't fucking in, the whole stall would be dirty and wet, with likely no toilet paper. I always brought a small roll of my own.
